Ulyana Sergeenko's debut collection of dreamy dresses modeled by the beautiful Elena Perimova. Whisper thin fabrics paired with feminine details with a touch of skin to prevent you from looking like a long lost member of the Ingalls family from Little House on the Prairie.

Erin Wasson's Comme des Garcons t-shirt is pure genius. It's the kind of t-shirt that would make your mother wince and your neighbours steer well clear of you.

As I luckily got to go to the Watch The Throne tour in London a few weeks ago I just wanted to share a few thoughts on Kanye West.
While he may be dating the single most irritating woman in the world he certainly knows how to dress. Givenchy, Margiela, YSL and Balenciaga all owe him big time (as a matter a fact so does Kim Kardashian who has done a massive fashion u-turn since being with him). He wears classic, simple pieces with a touch of ghetto swag and it works like a charm.

It's amazing how a pair of kick-ass shoes can transform a pair of beaten up jeans. Put your skinny jeans and jeggings to one side and go and go 'borrow' your fathers jeans that are impossibly old. Once you've shredded them and cuffed them you've got the perfect pair of trousers.

If I wasn't in the runnings for the world's most uncoordinated person I'd be rocking this braid/bow/chignon look all summer long.

If I had to wear one designer until I die it would be Alaia. His designs are timeless, classic and flattering to all body types. Worn by a 15 year old oligarchs daughter or your 80 year old grandmother, Alaia will always cause a stir.
Seasonal trends don't ever seem to matter which for me shows a true designer. Each piece is timeless and doesn't buy into 'seasonal must-haves', thank god someone has a little sense. So instead of frittering away your pocket money on Topshop, ASOS and Primark (made by underpaid, underaged children in Sri Lanka) save up and invest in something you can wear and not be the butt of your children's jokes when they look back through old albums.

For those of you that don't stalk me on Twitter(@sluciesmith)or Instagram (@sophialuciesmith) I thought I'd give you a little preview of what I'm wearing to Royal Ascot today. My mint green cat hat may not be as farfetched as some of the nutty creations witnessed in the Royal Enclosure but I have a feeling that my little feline friend will bring me luck today.

I'm having a bag-moment. Celine, Valentino and now Anndra Neen. These beautiful cage bags are perfect for satisfying the nosy and creating a wealth of jealousy wherever you may go. The good news is that they could also double up as a lobster catching cage when the going gets tough. The bad news is for those of us who carry large sums of money you will most definitely be robbed.

An oldie but a goodie. Gisele in sheer Dolce & Gabbana (SS11) with sunkissed hair and a tan the Electric Beach will never give you.
Go to www.charlotteolympia.com to see what goodies are on sale.
Totally regretting missing out on these bad boys.

Everything looks better with a Balenciaga leather jacket, especially if it's quilted.
With these words and a quick swipe of a credit card, my wardrobe is finally complete. My new jacket is half Michael Jackson Thriller and half Hell's Angels circa 1955. Not bad for a Thursday afternoon.

Who knew that Oscar de la Renta made such bad-ass footwear. Just when the thought of a pair of loafers made me run faster than a Missoni sample sale I stumbled across these. Slip these on with jeans or a dress to stand out from the crowd.
Suddenly these make your Church's seem incredibly ordinary.
They are.

I can't wait to get my inner Monica Belluci on (which definitely involves industrial size chicken fillets) and wear this over the summer. Beautiful print and not a garish plaque in sight.

Musical genius, Willie Nelson was the first concert I ever went to when I was the tender age of 7. His new album Heroes has been on repeat with a Coldplay cover, a song with Snoop and a whole lot of country goodness.
Just when I thought one Celine Phantom bag was enough I see this pea green suede version on the arm of a rather fortunate looking RHW. Blast.
Since the weather in London right now is straight out of October, I thought it would be fitting to drool over Valentino's latest dresses. Wine coloured puff-ball skirts and crochet adorned with bows and a flash of skin. Top it all off with my new favourite clutch/small bag/invaluable closet asset the Va Va Voom bag (see below) and you're perfectly dressed for the English summer.

I'm borderline obsessed with Erin Wasson (not in the restraining order sense). Her nonchalant style consisting of basics which have been ripped, torn, battered and bruised and her carefree hair leave me in awe and wondering if I really do need that Kelly Bag or if I'd be better off trashing my vintage Levi cutoffs and not brushing my hair all summer.

Since I'm not really a cat person, this is the closest I'll ever come to owning a feline of my own. I have absolutely no problem that it's sea foam green, made of straw and will sit on my head all summer long.
The best kind of cat.
Get yours at Marie Mercie now and be warned you'll be transformed into the coolest cat-woman on the block.
