As I'm writing this, I have coconut oil slathered in my hair. If you've faced the age old problem of not being able to grow out your hair then I highly suggest using this. This is a method mainly used by our Indian and Middle Eastern friends, both seem to have lucked out in the hair department. So this year I welcome you to try it with me and put down your straighteners, break up with your colourist (probably the hardest breakup you'll ever have to go through) and de-friend scissors. You may smell like you've entered a Miss Hawaiian Tropic competition but at least you should have beautiful, strong and healthy hair by the end of it.
