Antonio Berardi is one of fashion's unsung heroes. I cannot believe that it took me so long to see pictures of this beautiful dress. Fair enough he's not exactly dressing Quasimodo, (Rosie could probably make Crocs Vogue's top pick of summer 2012) but this dress is spectacular. Breathy layers of chiffon, intricate beading and even a structured and fitted waist make this dress perfection for spring and are sure to get Rosie's stylist a hefty raise.
